We've set up a simple way to purchase tickets to the Party in the Woods from right here on this page.Cut-off point for online ordering will be at 1:00pm October 7, 2013 so we have time to mail the ticket(s) to you.
Any tickets purchased through this site after that time will be held at the gate (Will-Call) and can be picked up the day of the event. Be prepared to show proper ID when asking for your pre-purchased tickets at the gate.

Also, tickets will be available at the gate on the day of the event, at the following prices:
SINGLE adult (age21+).......................$30.00
COUPLE adult (age 21+).....................$50.00
SINGLE minors (ages 17 through 20).......$15.00
SINGLE children (ages 6 through 16).......$10.00
Children under 6 (with paying adult).......FREE
We're using the industry standard PayPal system for online purchases and you can rest assured that transactions will remain as private and secure as possible.

Green Hill Sportsman's Club Location
The Green Hill Sportsman's Club may be a little out in the boonies, but it's really pretty easy to get to.

Where to Purchase Tickets
Keep checking back if you don't see a place listed that is convenient for you. We'll be updating this list as we bring more vendors on board.
We're scrambling as fast as we can to get tickets into the hands of vendors, and as you might imagine this takes time, gasoline, and not a small amount of salesmanship. In case you can't get to one of our vendors, tickets will be available at the gate on the day of the event.

Let the Sales begin...
I'd like to take the opportunity to publicly thank my newish pal @Cristina Pennino for being THE VERY FIRST person to purchase a pair of tickets to the Party in the Woods fundraiser, and for letting me hang a poster right by the cash register @ Austin Ray Bar & Grill (The old Midway Bar) on Columbia Avenue, Lancaster. She's been a terrific cheerleader since I first mentioned our early planning stages, and her encouragement has been really uplifting. Thanks so much, Crissy!!

First Friday Promo in Lancaster
Lancaster City's "First Friday" events always pack the shops, streets, and sidewalks, and are a great way to explore what our fair town has to offer. This coming First Friday, on October 4th, the Party in the Woods crew will be set up in front of:

That's on the southwest corner of Queen & Walnut streets, just across Walnut from Lebzelter's Tire Service.
We'll have tickets for sale there and will be answering any questions you may have about the Party in the Woods event. We might even have some special pop-up surprises, in the way of free food and tiny busker music. The food is the easy part...looks like I may have to wrangle one MORE player to help with the cause!

Tickets Are Coming Soon!
As of this post time, I'm still waiting for the email from H&H Group (which many Lancastrians might have known previously as the Sir Speedy franchise on North Prince Street) telling us the tickets are finished and ready to be picked up.
Again, I want to give my deeply grateful thanks to them for sponsoring our posters and the tickets, and for doing such a stupendous job printing them. Highly recommended for any print or power marketing needs you may have. Ask for Dee Spitler...she's been a treasure to work with.
OK, I didn't mean for that to come out like an advert, but I'm over the moon pleased with them right now.
When we get the finished tickets, we'll be distributing them ASAP!!! to a select number of businesses who we have chosen because they believe in what we're doing. And we'll be posting and updating the list of places where you can get them, here, and on our Facebook page.
I'd like to make tickets available for purchase in every Turkey Hill convenience store, every Rutter's, every Sheetz, every bar, tavern & restaurant, every little art gallery, music store and Mom & Pop shop throughout the county. But, the reality is we're a small team, and no matter how energetic we've been about this whole extravaganza, we simply can't manage to flood the entire county with posters and tickets. But we'll be getting them out there, as soon as we can.
